He eventually led a team of 20 researchers focused on emerging technologies, developing a deep expertise in translating complex data into strategic insights. Now as Managing Director, he is dedicated to amplifying the Voice of the Customer, bridging the gap between technical practitioners and the leaders shaping the future of Enterprise Tech and Life Sciences.
